We're an independent European digital product studio with a strong track record of delivering market-defining strategies and
products for enterprises and governments. With about 200 talented people across three countries, premium AI capabilities and a
diverse portfolio of international clients, we define, design and ship high-quality digital products, strategies and software.
From global cloud-based platforms and large-scale apps to medical devices, banking software and augmented reality experiences. In
a nutshell: if it lives and breathes digital, it’s what we do best.
At In The Pocket, you join a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, strategists and data specialists who care about the
work as much as the people they work with. We work in small, autonomous teams that stay close to our clients and their users, and
we give everyone the space to take ownership, speak up and grow. You’ll learn from colleagues across our studios, ship products
that reach thousands or even millions of people and help shape what digital can do for leading organisations in Europe.
We're building a brand-new RUN team from the ground up, a dedicated operational function that owns the after-care of the products
we run, both our own and the ones we host or operate for customers. As one of the first people on the team, you won't inherit a
fixed playbook: you'll write it, shaping how the team works, the practices and tooling it adopts, and how operational excellence
becomes part of how we build and run products. It's a hands-on, senior role where you set the technical and operational direction
for a small team of two to three people, leading by expertise and example rather than as a manager. AI is transforming how we
work, and you'll bring that same fluency to how the RUN team operates from day one. If defining a new discipline energises you
more than maintaining an established one, this is your challenge.

ABOUT SUNRISE GROUP Sunrise Group is building the future of sleep health by combining breakthrough technology with expert care. We started in 2015 with a straightforward idea: sleep diagnosis should happen in the comfort of your own home, not in a hospital. To make that possible, we created a first-of-its-kind chin sensor, carefully validated through clinical research, reviewed by leading sleep experts, and cleared by the FDA. Since then, Sunrise Group has grown from a single innovation into a complete sleep health company. We now design advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions, and we deliver care directly to patients through Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic. By serving patients in all 50 states with reimbursed care, we are making sleep treatment more accessible, more personal, and much simpler than it has ever been. As a Back-end Developer, you will play a key role in scaling our digital sleep clinic. You will be responsible for building and improving back-end systems that are robust, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers, you will help us deliver high-quality healthcare solutions that have a real impact on patients’ and providers’ lives. Our Back-end Tech Stack: Python, Django, Celery, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform (mainly Cloud Run), Docker, Terraform, Datadog, Sentry, GitHub. Our team is also familiar with TypeScript, Node.js. Our Tech Challenges: * Supporting our rapid growth by automating recurring workflows for the medical, billing, sales teams, and delivering new features for patients and providers. * Expanding and maintaining our internal platform for patient management, monitoring, and telehealth services (videoconferencing, secure messaging). * Integrating with external partner APIs while managing complex data synchronization. * Safeguarding the security and integrity of sensitive health data, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR). * Continuously enhancing the performance, reliability, and maintainability of our back-end systems. We are a team of 10 developers, juniors and seniors, working remotely across France and Belgium. We value trust, autonomy, and collaboration, and we believe in maintaining a healthy balance between delivering impact and enjoying our work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Backend Development: Work closely with the team to design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies. * API Development: Create and evolve RESTful APIs to power our front-end and mobile applications and support integrations with third-party partners. * Performance & Optimization: Monitor, identify, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure fast, efficient, and scalable applications that deliver a smooth user experience. * Architecture & Design: Contribute to the technical architecture of our platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness as the product evolves. * Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce best practices to guarantee the security and integrity of sensitive health data, in line with healthcare regulations. Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit 🐈⬛. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously! We're a diverse team of 250+ brilliant minds from over 35 countries united by a single goal: to revolutionise computing with a practical fault-tolerant quantum machine. Are you ready to take on unprecedented challenges and contribute to revolutionising technology? Join us, and let's shape the future of quantum computing together! About the role We're a fast-moving scale-up and our infrastructure needs to keep pace. That’s why we're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, automation, and security of our GCP platform, and to set the bar for how we run production as we grow. You'll spend most of your time building and operating systems, but you'll also mentor more junior engineers and shape the practices the rest of the team works by. If you like having real ownership, moving quickly without breaking things, and turning manual toil into automation, you'll fit right in.
