This is a role for a seasoned marketing leader able to bring together strategy and entrepreneurship: an experienced, yet hands-on marketing leader, able to define and translate our Europe marketing strategy into sharp, glocal activation plans that make Stanley/Stella the most desirable brand in our industry with the accounts we sell to directly to (B2B), their customers (B2B2B) and the people who wear our garments every day (B2B2C). Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and his General Managers in each market, the Brand & Communication team, while leading a team of five. YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT Shape European marketing strategy & priorities * Learn: get a deep understanding of the market and competitive dynamics in our industry across our different European markets and customer segments (talk and visit our accounts and their customers, dive into the data, engage with the teams, and run your own research). * Strategize: define and drive the European marketing strategy, setting clear priorities aligned with our 5-year plan and yearly growth targets; participate in the yearly budget exercise. * Localize: work alongside General Managers and the CCO to identify local growth levers, and translate European strategy into concrete, market- and account-specific activation plans. Build & lead glocal marketing activation plans * Build: build, lead and oversee the execution of glocal marketing activation plans: spanning co-branding, activations, joint events and trade shows, sponsorships and other local initiatives, that bring the European strategy to life. * Follow-through: supervise plan execution across markets via existing local presence, adapting quickly as local results come in or priorities shift. * Trade-off: define priorities, manage workload, and act as final decision-maker on key content and strategic direction: fostering strong collaboration across marketing, sales, product and local teams; continuously sharpen plans based on local results and emerging market signals. Amplify the brand, locally and globally * Feed: brief the Global Communication team with local intelligence, past campaign learnings and customer insight, to help shape powerful narratives and value propositions. * Cascade: make sure those narratives, value propositions and assets are sharp, relevant and consistently cascaded through every key touchpoint. * Amplify: find every opportunity to drive adoption and amplify the regional marketing efforts (internally, through the teams; and externally, through the accounts). Lead glocal communication strategy & execution * Steer: drive your Digital Communications team on strategy and deployment across paid social and email marketing, maximizing reach, engagement and conversion within the allocated digital budget. * Hunt: strive for innovation and look for new ways to maximizing our visibility through our existing and new channels, with influencers, high visibility collaborations, etc. that build strong emotional connection to the brand. * Support: oversee the CRM transition from Odoo to Hubspot, envisioning a new level of potential for our communication with our accounts and their customers while maximizing lead generation, while managing the change for the teams. Make sense of data & market intelligence * Gather: champion market and competitive intelligence as a standing input to key business decisions: pricing, positioning, product priorities and market entry. * Connect: act as the connective tissue between global and local, feeding local insight into the collection-creation process, and grounding marketing, product and commercial decisions in market reality. * Analyze: analyse the performance and ROI of local activations and glocal communication plans, and feed conclusions into the monthly S&OP and global communication reviews. Your team – to lead, coach & grow * Marketing Specialist: shapes EU marketing strategy input, drives below-the-line brand adoption, and supports local market execution: events, sponsorship, training, tactical commercial initiatives, marketing assets creation in collaboration with the global comm’ team * Digital Communications Team Lead: shapes and leads glocal communication strategy and deployment (paid social, email, co-branding), managing an Email Channel Specialist and a Paid Media Specialist. Lead the CRM transition to HubSpot. * Market Intelligence & Project Specialist: owns market & competitive intelligence, builds scalable data and dashboard systems, runs primary research, and drives cross-functional marketing projects. ABOUT YOU * 15-year experience in marketing, with proven experience leading marketing strategy and activation across multiple European markets, ideally in a B2B environment. * Genuine passion for design, sustainability and building brands that are born out of conviction. * Profound business acumen with deep intellectual curiosity, willingness to travel in our markets to understand the industry, define the right initiatives and drive their adoption. * Strong analytical mindset: comfortable turning customer, market and competitive data into clear priorities, sharp recommendations and compelling stories that drive action. * People leadership and transversality: strong ability to coach and developing a team, and work transversally across departments to mobilize the organization around common objectives. * Natural strategist and builder: equally credible setting EU-wide direction and rolling up your sleeves to make a local activation happen in a fast-pace, changing environment. * A strong storytelling instinct, able to brief and challenge a global communication team to produce narratives and assets that resonate with both B2B accounts and B2B2C consumers locally. * Digital fluency across paid social, email marketing, CRM / hyper-personalization, and ability to drive and manage digital and local marketing activation budgets. * Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
YOUR PURPOSE AT STANLEY/STELLA We are looking for a business-minded, forward-thinking Social Media Specialist to own and drive paid social media performance across our European markets. This role is about much more than campaign execution: it is about deeply understanding our markets and audiences, translating commercial priorities into compelling digital stories, and staying consistently ahead of the curve in tools, technology, and creative approaches. Reporting to the EU Communication lead, the Social Media Specialist will be an embedded, hands-on driver of local digital performance, working closely with commercial, product, and global communications teams to ensure every campaign generates real business impact across our B2B and B2B2C ecosystem. YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT Local campaign strategy & exécution : * Own the end-to-end design and delivery of paid social media campaigns across European markets (from awareness and consideration through to lead generation and conversion), always balancing global brand consistency with local market relevance. * Translate global brand guidelines and communication strategies into locally resonant content and campaigns, aligned with product launches, seasonal priorities, and audience behaviour. Campaigns will speak to two distinct audience typologies: our partners (decorators, resellers, and agencies), and the end customers we generate demand with (brands, corporates, merch. companies, and beyond). * Execute precise audience segmentation and conduct A/B testing to continuously identify and scale winning approaches, maintaining a clear "test and learn" mindset that feeds back into broader team. Performance, ROI & channel allocation: * Deliver structured KPI reporting and performance analysis, turning data into clear strategic recommendations. * Take full ownership of paid media ROI across channels: continuously assess what is working, make explicit trade-offs between platforms and formats based on performance data, and reallocate budgets decisively to maximise business impact. * Challenge existing channel and audience mix assumptions and be willing to stop or deprioritise activities that do not deliver, as much as propose and test new ones. Technology & AI-driven marketing : * Leverage the latest AI as a natural part of daily work: to scale content production, sharpen audience targeting (including lookalike audiences built from our prospection database), personalise messaging, and streamline campaign workflows. * Actively explore connectors such as Meta × Claude to analyse and optimise campaign performance in smarter, faster ways. * Stay genuinely ahead of adtech, automation, and AI marketing trends; proactively identify and propose new tools and approaches before they become standard practice. * The goal is not to follow the industry, but to set the pace within it, including identifying channel blind spots (e.g., YouTube) and making the case for where we should or should not invest. Marketing automation & CRM: * Play an active role in the ongoing CRM integration project, contributing hands-on expertise to HubSpot workflows, automated nurture campaigns, and lead management. * Build and optimise automated campaigns tailored to distinct audience segments (ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment) and iterate continuously on performance to keep conversion and ROI at the centre of every decision. Amplification: * Understand that paid media is only one lever and actively work to amplify our reach and impact through the broader organisation and partner ecosystem. * This includes mobilising our internal teams and sales force to engage with and redistribute our content, working with our decorator and reseller partners to encourage impactful content sharing and UGC (with clear, simple guidelines on how to do it well and never forgetting to tag us), and identifying relevant external voices – industry influencers, associations, podcasters – who can extend our brand visibility in meaningful ways. Collaboration & stakeholder engagement: * Work in close partnership with the global communications team and local market stakeholders across Europe to align on strategy, messaging, budgets, and KPIs. * Collaborate actively with sales teams to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff (monitoring follow-through of leads generated with customers to our partners; likewise prospective partners need to be timely followed up upon by internal sales teams). ABOUT YOU Required skills * Strong business acumen and a genuinely commercial mindset: you understand what drives growth in a B2B and B2B2C environment and you build campaigns with that as your north star. * Proven, hands-on expertise in paid social media management (Meta Ads in particular) with a clear track record of measurable lead generation and ROI outcomes. * Solid proficiency in marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot, with real experience building and optimising workflows and nurture sequences. * A natural appetite for AI tools and marketing technology: you integrate new capabilities because they make your work smarter and your results stronger. * Equally analytical and creative: as comfortable reading performance data as shaping a compelling campaign narrative. * Autonomous, highly organised, and proactive: you thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments where ownership is expected and initiative is valued. Qualifications * 5 + years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or trade environment. * Experience working within a matrix, balancing global brand guidelines with local market agility. * Fluent in English; French or another European language is a strong plus.
