Euroleague Basketball’s strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the long-term value and sustainability of the league and its
clubs. The role will contribute to league and club valuations, expansion opportunities, strategic investments, and arena
modernization and infrastructure development projects, while supporting interactions with clubs, investors, financial
institutions, and external advisors.

The Challenge 🧩 As a member of our Finance team, the FP&A Analyst will help drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting at Wallapop. In this role, you will play a key part in translating complex business data into meaningful financial insights, building clear reports, and supporting business decision-making. You will combine analytical rigor with collaborative problem-solving—partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable. What You Will Do 👇 * Monthly Closing & P&L Ownership: Participate in month-end closing activities by reviewing expense accruals and deferred expenses to ensure the P&L accurately reflects business performance. * Trend & Variance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the P&L, balance sheet, and headcount. Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to identify business risks and opportunities. * Dashboards & Management Reporting: Build, maintain, and consolidate clear financial dashboards that streamline reporting for leadership and departmental teams. * Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Provide analytical insights and financial modeling support to help teams hit their strategic and operational goals. * Ad-Hoc Analysis: Prepare targeted financial analysis for cross-functional initiatives, including revenue growth, international expansion, and team-specific projects. * Stakeholder Partnership: Support internal business partners with timely financial data, clear explanations of business assumptions, and actionable recommendations. What We’re Looking For 🔎 * Financial Foundations: Practical experience in an FP&A, accounting, or broader finance role, with a solid understanding of month-end closing, P&L analysis, and budgeting principles. * Data & Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and financial modeling abilities—comfortable working in Excel (formulas, data structuring) to spot trends, analyze unexpected variances, and turn raw data into insights. * Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) * Process Improvement Mindset: Curiosity and drive to optimize workflows—whether that means refining a reporting pipeline, building a cleaner dashboard, or automating repetitive tasks. * Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple monthly priorities independently while maintaining strong, supportive working relationships across international teams. What Would Be A Plus 🚀 * Experience with modern financial tools such as NetSuite, or dedicated planning and forecasting software. * Experience creating clear presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for executive audiences. * Prior experience working in a tech company, e-commerce platform, or high-growth environment.
