Summary / Primary Role: The Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing owns the day-to-day performance of Odyssey's digital marketing ecosystem — our website, marketing automation platform, and emerging AI-enabled tools — to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and measurable revenue impact. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a data-driven marketer who connects digital activity to business outcomes and partners closely with Sales, IT, and agency teams. What You’ll Do: We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of our digital platforms and turn data into action — while helping us pilot the next generation of AI-enabled marketing tools. * Digital Strategy & Website — Own the day-to-day performance, content, and continuous optimization of the company website, including SEO, landing pages, and lead-capture forms. * Use website analytics, search behavior, and conversion data to improve traffic quality, engagement, and the customer journey. * Campaign Execution — Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid search/SEM programs and agency relationships. * Partner with the content team to keep messaging and branding consistent across every digital channel. * Marketing Technology & Automation — Serve as marketing administrator for Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot: forms, landing pages, email templates, lead scoring, and attribution. * Partner with IT and Sales Operations to keep lead routing, data sync, and automation running smoothly. * AI-Enabled Marketing — Evaluate and pilot approved AI tools (predictive scoring, automated nurture, conversion optimization) and recommend where to scale. * Analytics, Reporting & Budget — Build and maintain dashboards connecting digital activity to pipeline and revenue, and translate data into recommendations for Sales and Marketing leadership. * Monitor digital marketing spend and recommend where to optimize for ROI. As a Bilingual Copywriter (English/French Canadian - FR-CA), you’ll write, shape, and localize onsite and CRM content across a diverse portfolio of brands. You will work closely with key stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing copy, seamlessly pivoting between different brand voices, project types, and fast-evolving client needs across both English and Canadian French-speaking markets. You will work closely with Sr. Copywriters to follow and improve upon creative standards, processes, and guidelines to maximise quality and minimise churn. This role requires a genuine passion for the craft of copywriting, a high degree of creative agility, a deep understanding of French Canadian cultural nuances and Quebec market dynamics, and a forward-thinking mindset eager to explore how technical and digital advancements can elevate our storytelling.
