About the team: Our Custom Research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques. The team works across a variety of therapy area, research methods and clients, so you will be empowered to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape and will have the opportunity to partner with a wide range of expert senior researchers and gain exposure to the full suite of research tools and techniques covered by the team. Your primary role: * The purpose of this role is to partner with the existing Directors to help lead, plan and manage and to ensure the growth, development and management of the team * To provide leadership direction and management expertise in terms of growing and sustaining the business through the development and execution of group strategies, product development and sales growth plans * Leading projects and project teams from proposal to final deliverables; focusing on coaching project teams to deliver excellent work and playing a bridging role between the client and project team * Line management of midlevel staff * Involvement in talent acquisition and assessing potential new staff About You… Your skills and experience: * At least 10 years of experience in primary market research, including within the healthcare industry * Have significant experience in leading projects and client management * Capable business developer and relationship manager with new and existing clients * Expertise with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques Ideal profile: * You are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach * You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organisation and prioritisation * You are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues * You communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion * You are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career Life at Research Partnership: We love what we do and continuously strive for innovation and creativity. We are Vista Innovative Solutions, LLC, a technical consulting firm supporting several agencies is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) and we support federal agencies and military installations across the U.S. What You'll Do: VIS is searching for a Director to: * Directly responsible for the profit and loss of a contracts as the prime with subcontractors, to include cost, schedule and performance. * Directly responsible for ensuring contract administration as the prime with subcontractors. * Directly responsible for managing customer-site contractors and company-site representative for Texas-based company. * Develop and implement plans and assure the overall success of project field operations * Responsible for project performance, including identifying and implementing corrective action and ensuring overall contractual compliance and client satisfaction with performance. * Will establish, implement and enforce policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and relevant laws and regulations. * Understands contractual requirements and executes Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Task Orders, Safety Plans, and other project-related plans and procedures. * Responsible for field operations, other management, staff and sub-contractors; ensuring that they are safely, efficiently and effectively executing contract tasks; facilitates teamwork among project staff; provides direction and supervision as necessary. * Responsible for subordinate management and staff and for recognition and rewards for top performers, fiscal controls and ROI objectives. * Directly responsible for developing new business in the area with annual goal of $1M per year; understands Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, and Consulting Agreements. About the Role: The Director of Professional Services, EMEA owns delivery execution of consulting, incident response, and penetration testing services across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. This role directly manages EU-based practitioners and leads the EMEA region through a Manager, Middle East who oversees the GCC/SAU cluster. The Director is accountable for EMEA utilization, delivery quality, team health, and geographic coverage while serving as a strategic partner to EMEA regional sales leadership. This position requires managing a geographically distributed, multi-cluster organization while balancing operational excellence with regional complexity including time zones, languages, and regulatory considerations. Responsibilities: * Directly manage all EU-based consultants, IR practitioners, and pen testers; set performance expectations, provide continuous feedback, and develop individualized professional development plans with measurable goals * Lead the EMEA region through the Manager, Middle East by setting clear strategic direction, creating space for day-to-day leadership, and routing decisions through the reporting structure without bypassing sub-management * Oversee quality and consistency of EMEA delivery outputs across EU and ME; partner with Practice Leads to monitor engagement execution, address quality gaps, and drive adoption of consistent methodologies * Monitor EMEA utilization across both EU and GCC/SAU clusters through billable hours tracking and participate actively in resourcing decisions with SalesOps * Manage regional coverage by addressing time zone, travel, regulatory, and language considerations that affect staffing and engagement execution; identify coverage gaps early and work to address them * Ensure smooth operational execution across the EMEA team; manage operational budgets across the region, track resource allocation, and escalate financial risks appropriately * Collaborate closely with EMEA regional sales leadership to identify service positioning opportunities; participate in regional sales calls and provide direct account support across both EU and GCC/SAU markets * Lead the EMEA region through a Manager, Middle East, providing strategic direction while empowering in-region leadership.
